UK next working day service: £5 (orders placed before noon Monday – Friday will be delivered on the next working day. Unfortunately our carrier, DPD, aren’t able to deliver to some Highlands and Islands. Please check here for a full list.)

UK 2nd Class Signed-For delivery (Royal Mail): Free

EU FREE shipping with orders over €80.

 Shipping on orders under €100 charged at £12. Due to restrictions on cosmetics from Spanish customs we are currently unable to send to Spain.

Please provide your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you regarding delivery. Goods are not dispatched at weekends or during public holidays.

Parcels may be delayed further by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some countries. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately if your order is less than 100 € additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Late delivery

If you have not received your order within two weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team on  email hello@gherane.com

Can I cancel an online or mail order?

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from receipt. Just send us a notice of cancellation by email to hello@gherane.com and return the items to us in their original, unopened and unused condition.

RETURNS FROM ORDERS WITH A UK DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your parcel is sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or trackable international courier. We strongly recommend that you obtain a postage receipt from the Post Office with your tracking number. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Make sure your items are securely wrapped

Please note that if you refuse delivery when the courier delivers your parcel we will still charge you for shipping.
